Services
Lymphatic drainage or manual lymphatic drainage, is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and movement of lymph fluids around the body. It benefits those that are not only post-op and pregnant but also just wanting to treat everyday swelling, circulation and relaxation.
A post surgical lymphatic massage focuses on the patient's skin to improve the function of their lymphatic system. Wave-like, rhythmic strokes are used to open and close lymphatics, enabling areas with excess fluid to drain out. A lymphatic massage also stimulates the nervous system, leading to relaxation. It can also help reduce muscle fatigue, bruising, swelling, and delayed onset muscle soreness.
Pregnancy Massage
A lymphatic drainage massage is tailored for pregnant women to help relax and relieve typical swelling from pregnancy. During pregnancy, lymphatic drainage massage can help to alleviate swelling in the legs, feet, and ankles, which is a common concern for many pregnant women. It can also help to improve circulation and reduce the risk of developing varicose veins.

This unique therapeutic technique massages the muscles of the cheeks, jawline, and mouth from inside. This type of massage can help to release tension, reduce puffiness, and increase circulation to the face. It serves to drain buildup of lymphatic fluid within your face. The gentle, light massage treatment enhances circulation in your face by delivering oxygen around the skin and pushing waste and toxins out of the lymph nodes.
